These roles will be based in Stepps and will be long term temporary opportunities - No shifts involved it is 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and a 4.30pm finish on a Friday!
We are looking for bright, enthusiastic, hard working and proactive candidates who have a proven and steady customer service background that are looking to start a new fantastic role
Job duties will involve but not be limited to:
*Answering high volumes of incoming email queries
*Delegating emails to team members
*Tracking online applications using Excel
*Dealing with general customer queries as required
*Answering incoming calls are required
*Taking new applications and ensuring they are completed correctly
