Customer Service Administrator - Immediate start

Think Specialist Recruitment have registered a Customer Service Administrator position based in Kings Langley. This is an ongoing temporary position with the potential of a permanent position. In this role you will be providing administrative and customer service support within the Customer Service department.

Overview of duties:

  • Sales order processing including returns, debits and credits
  • Liaising with customers and dealing with their queries by phone, email or letter
  • Dealing with enquiries from the online helpdesk
  • Post sales support

Candidate requirements

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone and customer service manner
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
