Customer Service Administrator - Competitive Package - Lindley.

Full Time - Monday to Friday.

£18-20k

Job Brief:

We are looking for a talented admin / customer services candidate with great B2B customer services skills with demonstratable advanced excel skills.

You will need to be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast moving environment.

You will also need to be an excellent team player who can fit straight in. The role offers an excellent career progression opportunity for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily admin in support of the sales team.
  • Preparing pricing documents.
  • Account management.
  • Speaking to customers on the phone when they call and directing them as needed.
  • Dealing with queries.
  • Generating supplier contracts.
  • Working closely with all departments and companies in the building.
  • Needs to be an excellent team player.
  • Office based.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Admin skills.
  • Excellent MS Excel Skills.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Integrated Packages.
  • Experience of using CRM packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

This position requires various skills and disciplines but Drive, Enthusiasm and a "CAN "and "WILL" do attitude is essential. This is a fast-moving role and requires excellent attention to detail.
