Customer Service Administrator - German speaking

Our client has a vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. It is a requirement of the role that you speak fluent German. You will use your language skills on a daily basis.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Building good relationships with customers

  • Working with customers via telephone and email communications

  • Dealing with orders, returns, general day to day queries and complaints


  • A strong team player, an excellent communicator with high levels of drive and passion.

  • You will;

  • Have language skills (ideally French and German)

  • Have experience working with a fast paced, customer focused environment

  • Be an organised individual who is able to manage their time and workload efficiently

  • Strong ability to prioritise own workload

  • Have a flexible and adaptable approach to new challenges which can arise

  • Have a desire to grow and develop

  • Have an eye for detail

  • Have a confident and professional telephone manner

  • Be proficient in IT software

  • Previous experience in the retail sector would be an advantage
