Demon Recruitment Group are keen to recruit for a number of Customer Service Administrators based in the Colnbrook area.

This exciting role offers a 1yr Direct Contract which could be extended.
(Initially all applicants will be be offered a Temporary contract to transfer over to Permanent)
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.

Duties will include:

-Handling incoming calls
-Investigating queries
-Checking the internal systems to track issues
-Resolving escalated queries
-Discussing payments
-Escalating queries when required
-Processing all data
-General customer service duties

Experience/Skills required:

-Previous call handling and administrative experience
-Must have excellent telephone manner
-Confident communication skills
-Team player

**It is essential - that your previous 5 years is able to be referenced back to back with gaps of no more than 10 days. If you have gaps of unemployment - these MUST be covered by Education OR Jobseekers confirmation.
You will need to undergo a DBS and this is paid for.
