Customer Service Administrator - Urgent requirement
Your new company
Our client, based in Dunbartonshire, now requires two Customer Service Administrators on a four month temporary basis to support their busy growing team.
Your new role
As Customer Service Administrator you will act as an ambassador for the organisation, often being the first point of contact for both face to face and over the phone enquiries. You will be charged with the provision of excellent customer service and have the ability to resolve services users issues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a polished telephone manner and have demonstrated experience working within a customer service based environment. You will possess excellent IT skills and be comfortable using word and excel.
You duties will include but not limited to:
Dealing with customer enquiries
Liaising with engineers
Assisting and supporting other team members
Adhoc administrative tasks
Due to the location of this role, the preferred candidate must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car.
What you'll get in return
An excellent rate of pay. 35 hours per week. Monday - Friday.
