Starting salary £18,400 rising to circa £21,000 after successful probation.
37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm.

Our International Member Operations Department provides a world-class service to our overseas member contacts through various channels to maintain and enhance our service. Reporting to one of our Member Operations Team Leader, as an International Member Operations Adviser you will provide a wide range of support for existing members in addition to managing applications and assisting with on-boarding new members. From handling subscriptions, through to complaint-handling, you will in effect be a member champion.
The Member Operations Adviser role requires top administration skills, a strong team-worker and excellent customer care skills. You will be highly numerate and IT-literate, especially on MS Office. You will be a great all-round communicator with a real focus on detail, accuracy and quality.

The range across these roles is £18,500 up to £24,000.
We are running a group induction starting on the 16th April - so you must be available to start work on this date and unfortunately you wouldn't be able to take any annual leave within the first 6 weeks as you would be required to attend a 6 week intensive training course (paid).
