Our well established property client are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy, friendly and experienced front counter lettings team based in Bournemouth.

PLEASE NOTE: No previous lettings or housing experience is required.

You will be responsible for checking applicants suitability, liaising with local Councils and allocating residential properties within a specified area. You will also be expected to receive and process payments and for efficient and effective Debt Management within your area.

You will also be asked to drive prospective customers around to view properties we have available to let. A vehicle will be provided for this purpose therefore a full driving licence is essential.

Full time

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays 9am to 1pm.

Location: a modern, bright open plan office within a short walk of Bournemouth train station.

Salary: £20,000 pa

Plenty of free parking available on all surrounding roads
