Customer service administrators required to join growing team in heart of Reading

An ever-growing pensions company, having recently made huge expansions in the last few months. Based in the heart of central Reading, this company is in an ideal location for anybody in the local Berkshire area.
Your new role
Based within the customer service team, you will be taking care of the correspondence and contact with clients and customers by writing emails and letters, and taking phone calls. Much of the role is also taken up with administrative duties, including maintaining the integrity of the database, filing, and data entry.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working within a pensions environment is preferred, however people who are fast-learners and willing to learn about this industry will be considered if previous customer service experience in a similar role can be proven.
What you'll get in return
This is a fixed term contract of 6 months, however there may be the possibility of a permanent contract if the successful candidate excels in the position. There is also the opportunity to move around within the company, allowing the successful candidate the opportunity to experience a variety of departments within the organisation.
