I am looking for a strong customer service advisor, with a background working within customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person with the right mindset of always putting the customer first.
This is a mixture of both customer service and administration and you will be on the phone for approximatly 3 hours per day.There will be KPIS to adhere to regarding this.
You will be the first point of of contact for all clients in the business, therefore must be able to give out a strong level of customer service while enjoying so.
In addition to the above you must also be a team player , be confident on the phone and the ability to fit into a team of existing members of staff.
