Our client is a successful and well-established company based in Redditch. Due to their continued success, we are looking for a confident, positive and pro-active Customer Service Administrator to join the experienced and dedicated team. If you have customer service, planning or scheduling experience, this is an exciting opportunity to be considered.

This is a full time permanent opportunity.

Salary from £19,000 - £21,000 depending on experience.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm / 10am – 7pm

Duties will include:

• Liaising with customers in a professional manner

• Scheduling repairs

• Confirming dates, times and dealing with any other general queries

• Updating and running reports

• Main point of contact for customers by telephone and email.

• Complete administrative tasks to support the customer.

Skills and Experience needed:

• Good attention to detail

• Excellent telephone manner

• Geographical awareness

• Computer literate

• B2C experience is beneficial
