Your new role
As a Customer Service Adviser, your main duty will be to provide an outstanding level of customer service to clients/customers of the organisation. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from tenants and business customers in regards to scheduling repairs, updating the system where appropriate and some basic admin duties. This is a 2 month full time temporary position. You will be working Monday to Friday
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a Customer Service Adviser, you will already have experience in a construction/property environment. An exceptional level of communication will also be required due to the nature of this role.
