Customer Service - Admin/Email

Shifts - 5/7 days between 9am - 12 Midnight, Monday - Sunday. Full flexibility required
Training - 1 week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Start Date - January start dates

We are currently recruiting for Customer Care/Admin the role is predominately email based, however on occasions may need to answer calls.

Customer Care/Admin

The role:

  • Providing excellent customer service to respond to a wide range of e-mails
  • Ensuring that the information provided is clearly understood by the customer(s)
  • Prompt and accurate completion of all administration activities to ensure full customer satisfaction

What we are looking for:

  • Confident people with great communication skills
  • Customer service skills gained in contact centre, retail or hospitality, or something completely different
  • The ability to build rapport and engage with customers
