A leading educational establishment are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate administrator to join their customer service team in Birmingham City Centre. This is a really exciting chance for an individual to develop and learn in this great working environment where drive and commitment is rewarded.
This role will include the handling of high volumes of inbound and outbound calls from potential clients. Due to the customer service aspects of this role there will be elements of dealing with complaints liaising with operation managers on a daily basis. As a result you will be expected to communicate with colleagues and customers to the highest level via email and telephone. General administration duties will need to be completed including scanning, filing and other task.
The ideal candidate must be an ambitious, enthusiastic and energetic individual wanting to learn new skills and is meticulous in the way they work whilst under pressure. Ideally experience working in and educational environment or customer service role would be preferable.
