My client, based in High Wycombe are currently recruiting for an on an initially three month temporary basis with the potential for it to go permanent.

The main purpose of the role is to provide high quality customer service to customers/clients by telephone.

Key Activities & Deliverables:

  • Placing and dispatching customer orders in SAP
  • Following any customer specific order/delivery requirements
  • Answering phones – pricing and order update queries
  • Resolving delivery/order/invoice queries for their accounts
  • Updating system with pricing information

Essential Skills:

  • Good telephone and written communication
  • Good excel knowledge and skill (updating and creating spreadsheets)
  • Good attention to details
  • Experience in a similar customer type roe is preferred
  • Positive attitude

This job will not be remote based and will be based in their office in central High Wycombe
