Salary up to -£25k + fully expensed Company Car + commission
About the Job
- Ensure business relationships are built at different levels and with different departments within the customers’ organisation.
- Ensure customers consignments are pro-actively monitored daily.
- Plan, motivate and control a professional Customer Service culture ensuring that any daily/weekly reports sent to customers are accurate, presentable and in accordance with customers timescale requirements.
- Ensure the top customers are visited on a regular basis and hold regular business/service reviews in timeframes agreed with customer.
- Create and complete a call maintenance programme for the whole of the depot customer base.
About the Person
- Full UK Driving Licence is required due to daily travel to customers
- Must be highly Customer Focused.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Be a strong and influential leader.
- Be a positive and proactive person with a can do attitude.
- Experienced in Customer Services environments.
- The ability to show initiative with a pro-active approach to problem solving.
- High standards of efficiency and professionalism.
- Reliability and Integrity.
- Be able to thrive in a busy and challenging environment
- Must be computer literate and be able to work with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience within a busy customer service environment
and be able to demonstrate patience and flexibility with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
