9.30pm to 6pm Monday to Friday

Our client based in Colnbrook who are specialist in Mailing House and Fulfilment Services are looking for a customer services account manager to join their growing team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support sales staff with main clients and obtaining quotes for customers

- Processing orders through the company stock management systems, and ensuring job are sent down in a timely manner if daily cut off times are set

- Helping warehouse staff and Customer Data Executives with client jobs as and when required for them to complete any tasks

- Keeping a check of incoming e-mail and informing the relevant person of what needs to be done if needed

- Dealing and contacting existing clients with queries and company information

- Dealing with customer queries daily and supplying quotations to customers based on the company set margins

- Ensuring clients requests are carried out using internal operations paperwork. Clients reports to be completed as and when requested with all the correct information.

- Booking Agents for collections and deliveries of goods as and when required

- Ensure any supplier queries relating to our customers shipments are dealt with

- General Administration duties or tasks requested necessary by department manager

- Ensuring all customer emails are dealt with promptly and professional

- Dealing with incoming telephone calls as and when required

TYPE OF PERSON NEEDED:

- Being flexible within the department

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to solve problems promptly and effectively using initiative

- Communicate Information effectively by phone or email

- Ability to prioritise workload under pressure

- Able to deal with demanding customers in a professional manner

- Dealing with high volumes of emails and be able to multi task

- Professional and courteous in any situation

- Being thorough and analytical
