Customer Service Account Manager

My client is looking for someone with excellent Customer service skills who can look after a base of customers , retain their business and up sell when appropriate. Fantastic company to work for
Skills required for this position:
Excellent communication skills
Good language literacy skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner both written and verbal
Excellent numerical skills
Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Previous experience in Account Management or Customer Service
An interest in technology and current trends
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for a base of customers, retaining their business, improving loyalty and revenue by understanding what new solutions the customer needs
To handling both incoming and outgoing customer service calls
Responsible for fault diagnosis, follow up and resolution
Periodic Rate reviews
Understanding & pre-empting the threat from competitors
Developing a good product knowledge in order to educate customers in alternative services. e.g. Mobiles, Line rental, Broadband
Handling General Billing queries
Using company reporting mechanisms to highlight and identify potential customer issues
Handling customer and dealer feedback and complaints both on the phone and in writing
