Customer Service Account Manager

Our client, an award-winning organisation based in Daventry are looking for an Account Manager/Customer Service to join their friendly team in a great working environment.

Main Role

  • To take ownership of specified customers in a geographical area and look after all their hardware needs, product and technical enquiries, orders and queries
  • To support growth of the area with total customer satisfaction, whilst helping other customers from other areas in the same way
  • Processing all incoming correspondence
  • Ensuring that the customer database/account details are updated
  • Investigate and action customer complaints
  • To undertake any reasonable take/requests required by your Manager/Team Leader or a member of the Senior Management team
  • To ensure all targets are achieved and that standards of performance are maintained
  • To make daily outbound calls to service and maximise new business
  • To improve customer service with your customers
  • To understand the strengths and weaknesses of both our products and competitor’s products, to enable you to develop the business, including the introduction of new products

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you will need to;

  • Experienced with Customer Services over the phone
  • Great telephone personality with a natural people skills
  • Computer and IT literate
  • Naturally good at customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail


  • 25 days holiday with shutdown over the Christmas period
  • Free parking
  • Opportunity to earn up to £22,000
  • Working hours: Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 5.00 pm (1 hour lunch) and
    Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm (30 minute lunch)
