Have you previously worked in Account Management?

Do you have experience working in a Sales/Customer Service team / Account Management environment?

Our client based North of Oxford city centre (approx. 25 mins from Banbury and 20 mins from Oxford City centre) are looking for a Customer Sales & Service Executive to join their team for a 9 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities of the role include:
  • Providing excellent Account Management to all clients
  • Processing orders via telephone, fax or email
  • Managing customer expectations by liaising with other departments to deliver on promises
  • Manage customer concerns and complaints
  • Maximise all sales opportunities from inbound/outbound calls
  • Use questioning and listening techniques to understand the customer's requirements in order to cross sell and up sell
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales development activities

Attributes required:
  • Previous office based Account Management experience is highly desirable
  • Being commercially aware
  • Effective communicator
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good computer skills

This role will be paying up to 21k
