Customer Service - 6am start!!

Office Angels are working for an innovative fast growing company based on the outskirts off Milton Keynes. This role is a brilliant opportunity to work for a growing company who are extremely fun and always develop their colleagues, with a fresh approach to customer service. This brand takes a relaxed approach to make sure the customer service is always kept to an excellent standard, you will be required to deliver outstanding service, so helping customers and colleagues is something your CV will need demonstrate.

This role will start on a 6 month contract but may become permanent. With up to 15% off their in house team being promoted last year due to incredible training and progression within.

We are looking for a candidate that loves the mornings - as this role will start at 6am - but you will have benefit of finishing at 14.00!

To be successful in this role you MUST have customer service experience, dealing with customer over the telephone will beneficial - you must also have a love for following customers issues from start to finish, no passing the buck required!! The role will include: Handling calls inbound Logging calls on in house system Answering queries dealing with email queries passing on queries to relevant departments solving customer issues A strong knowledge of Excel is preferred - pivot tables, look ups, formulas etc.

Excellent attention to detail strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to work under pressure, remember not all customers are happy and you will need to control the telephone calls and act on the issues.
