Inbound Customer Service / Collections Agent - Bolton
START DATES: December 4th
Hours 35 per week - flexible between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday and 08.00 - 16.30
We are looking for strong, resilient customer service advisors to join our busy team in Bolton.
You'll enjoy working at our professional contact centre where helping people is always number one. The benefits are great too, with a starting salary of up to £17,167 and rising to £18,207 after your probation ends.
Your role will be to talk with customers who are having difficulty paying their bills. Acting as a retentions and collections advisor you will be talking to customers over the telephone and setting up and maintaining affordable repayments plans for them by understanding their individual circumstances and agreeing on the best course of action.
Our rapidly growing organisation is keen to bolster our team with experienced customer service experts. You don't necessarily have to have worked in a call centre before and if you have relevant customer service experience gained in another environment then you'll be a great addition to our team.
