Is customer service as important to you as it is to us? If so, welcome to Ricoh`s world! Right now, we have a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where your actions can make a difference. We are seeking to recruit a Customer Scheduling Advisor to work in our Shared Service Department.

The role of Customer Scheduling Advisor is based in our Helpdesk and Customer Services department at our 300 Pavilion Drive office, on the Brackmills Industrial estate in Northampton.

The main function of this role is to schedule appointments for our engineers who deal with the Service side of the business in an effective and professional manner complying with agreed customer contractual service levels and company procedures.

The ideal candidate will take ownership for a customer request for technical assistance and will see each request through from call receipt to call closure, including providing customer updates on response times, troubleshooting based on the systems and dealing with engineer queries.

This role is subject to sensitive and restricted information. If successful you may be required to undertake pre-employment vetting checks which include but are not limited to residency check, credit reference check, financial sanctions check and a DBS Check. Someone who can build relationships is pivotal to the job as they will be responsible for providing the Field Service Manager with communication of the areas activity, including performance, response times and customer escalations.
