Customer Sales Support Coordinator

I am currently recruiting for a large established business located on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds. As a Customer Sales Support Coordinator you will be responsible for providing first-class efficient and effective service to their customers. You will be interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

This is initially a 9-month temporary contract


Duties will include -

- Dealing promptly and efficiently with telephone and email enquiries from customers and staff.
- Accurately collect and record customer information including customer interactions onto the CRM -system.
- Adhere to KPI’s and SLA in accordance to company guidelines.
- Work closely with Sector Account Managers to increase sales.
- Owning your own outbound sales campaign in your designated sector to win new business.
- Proactive outbound telephone work as designated by the Head of Customer Sales Support or Team Leader.
- Take orders and process accurately onto the computer system including taking payment information when necessary.
- Ensure you are working and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Log all complaints on CRM and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Skills Required -

- Internal sales experience
- Proven track record of B2C Sales
- Cold calling experience
- Outstanding Customer Service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
