We are looking for Customer Sales Advisors to join us in our Norwich office, on a 6 month fixed term contract. The contract is full time hours Mon - Fri with some weeking working, and will run from 1st October to 31st March.

As a Customer Sales Advisor for Certas Energy you’ll have access to:

Basic salary of £18,000 plus commission

In a vital role to the companies success, our Customer Sales Advisor work in a fast paced environment by helping our domestic heating oil customers with placing their orders, and giving them the experience of exceptional service.

As a Customer Sales Advisor you will be required to have excellent margin management skills, using a combination of up selling, account management and cross-selling as indicated within KPIs / performance targets.

You will also be required to work within a team that aims to exceed expectations of customers by effectively identifying and matching customer needs in a professional, responsive and effective manner.

We’re looking for:

Strong negotiation skills
Sales experience is beneficial
Confidence in own ability
High degree of self-motivation and time management
Ability to work with autonomy
Resilient, persistent and tenacious
Target driven / results orientated
