Adecco are working with an established and secure business and have a number of positions to start within the next 2 months. A strong sense of customer service excellence is essential with an element sales as you will work to promote the services and develop relationships of trust whilst advising clients on relevant & changing legislation and the appropriate action required to ensure compliance
Promoting products and services to new clients
Fielding incoming business calls
General administrative duties relating to the role.
proactive approach to developing own competencies.
Registering new clients
Working with other Business Development Advisors in the team to manage the new enquiries inbox
Ensuring that the CRM system is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information to assist with Business Development and Marketing communications
Ensure all customers and potential customers receive exceptional customer service.
Meet KPIs and targets.
Communicate professionally and effectively with a broad range of people and clients on a variety of day to day matters
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Ability to prioritise & time management
Ability to work on own initiative
Good team player
Ability to meet deadlines
Basic IT literacy/ internet usage
Work well under pressure
