We were recently awarded Online Supermarket of the year at The Grocer Gold Awards 2017, this is something we are really proud of and want to shout about. Due to the success and growth of our online shopping we are looking for bright and talented individuals to join our eCommerce team.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Response Co-ordinator who will manage and create customer feedback campaigns through our independent review system (FEEFO). Listening to our customers gives us the perfect opportunity to connect and demonstrate our fantastic customer service. Your role will involve replying to product reviews within the online shopping platform and liaising directly with the Iceland Kitchen to keep our customers up to date and informed.

Essential Criteria

Excellent written communication skills
Good understanding of data sets
Presenting data in usable and friendly way
Excellent communication skills across all levels
