Customer Response Analyst (6 months fixed term)

Our client, a global semiconductor company with operations in more than 25 countries, provides High Performance Mixed Signal and Standard Product solutions. Its innovations are used in a wide range of automotive, identification, wireless infrastructure, lighting, industrial, mobile, consumer and computing applications.

What will your team doing:

• The ECO-Products team receives customer requests through the internal sales, external data collection houses, distributors and direct customer contacts.
• Prompt, accurate and professional responses are paramount to our partner’s success.

What you will be doing:

• compliance verification requests, provide accurate and professional responses to customer requests
• evaluate customer inquiries, escalate requests for missing information, promptly respond to customers with the available information, diligently work to complete outstanding compliance verification requests, and accurately maintain service records
• You will be the key compliance interface for selected customers, loading the company’s data to customer forms or tools

Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• 6 Month fixed-term contract
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Chemical Engineering / Chemist, Environmental Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent) and/or at least 2 years of customer service experience in a technical industry
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and familiarity with chemical nomenclature.
• Must be familiar with office tools (ie. Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Dependable to complete assignments and must be resourceful to find answers.
• Have a desire to satisfy customers
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively across various functional groups and with various cultures.
