My client is a leading specialist in the legal industry. Based centrally in Wakefield they are a growing business who due to internal movements are looking for a new intake of staff.

Your new role
You r role will be based within the claims team as a Customer Response Advisor. Your role will entail:
- dealing with personal injury claims
- making inbound and outbound calls to legal service clients
- ensure all claims are closed off where necessary
- obtaining new information from clients
- providing an excellent level of customer service at all times
The rate of pay will be £7.80 per hour plus holidays.
Shifts will be between 8am and 9pm - you will be given these well in advance.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you must be a highly enthusiastic individual who is determined to succeed. High performing individuals will be excellent in this role as you will be measured daily on your success.
A proven track record of working within a customer service environment is essential and working to a fast pace.

After 12 weeks if the job suits both parties you will be taken on a permanent basis with a salary of £16,000. This will then increase to £16,700 after your probation period.
