Customer Resolution Team Member
A market leader based in central Leeds is looking for additional support within their customer resolution team. The roles are temporary initially with the potential of becoming permanent. Amazing offices based within a close knit team.
This full-time role requires a candidate ideally with previous experience in complaints within a customer service/call centre environment. You will be:
- Dealing with escalated complaints from a contact centre
- Dealing with vulnerable customers and adapting your approach accordingly
You need the ability to think outside of the box and offer a resolution both suitable for the customer and business. It is essential you have a track record of strong verbal and written communication with the ability to work well under pressure and to a high standard.
Hours are full time 37.5 per week
Hourly rate £10 per hour plus accrued holiday
