We have five opportunities for complaints investigators / handlers to join a Financial Services company based in Maidenhead - three permanent roles and two 12 month contracts.
Whether you have worked in FS complaints, a customer service / administrative role in an office environment or are a recent graduate we would be keen to talk to you because we are considering people at all levels with full training provided.
For you the higher salaries (£25,000-£27,000) knowledge and experience of FOS protocols, Plevin and FCA regulations are essential.
For the mid level salaries (£23,000-£25,000) you will need strong customer service / administrative experience in an office environment which would be ideally but not essentially regulated.
For the lower salaries I would be keen to talk to graduates with a desire to learn and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working to internal best practice guidelines and regulatory protocols, you will fully investigate and work to resolve often complex complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
You will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a methodical approach and a track record of achieving satisfactory outcomes both for your previous employers and their customers.
