Customer Resolution Investigator Complaints

Calling all PPI Complaints Handlers - are you coming to the end of your contract with many PPI projects winding down?

We have three opportunities for experienced complaints investigators / handlers to join a Financial Services company based in Maidenhead - two for 12 month contracts and one for six months.

Using your knowledge and experience of FOS protocols, Plevin and FCA regulations, you will fully investigate and work to resolve often complex complaints in a timely and accurate manner.

We are looking for solution-orientated people who have the ability to identify trends and suggest viable process improvements to reduce resolution times and repeat complaints.

You will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a methodical approach and a track record of achieving satisfactory outcomes both for your previous employers and their customers.
