An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the company as a Customer Relationship Manager on a permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4:15pm with a 45 minute lunch break. Some flexibility will be required due to travel and overnight stays.

The ideal candidate will be a fantastic account manager with excellent communications skills. You will be able to communicate strongly with new and existing clients. You must provide a great customer experience from start to finish. You will be required to manage a portfolio of accounts and deal with customers both on the phone and face to face. You will be able to deal with customer complaints efficiently and resolve them where possible.

The key duties within this role will be dealing with customers and able to build rapport quickly. You will be able to explain complex information in an understandable manner. You will be an exceptional communicator, providing fantastic customer service. You will have previous experience of managing customers’ expectations both face to face and on the phone. You will be able to provide support to the sales team, defining solutions, creating proposals and quotations for new projects. To provide energy advice on contracts and incentive schemes to customers and troubleshoot to resolve any problems.

Experience of liaising with customers and excellent communication skills within a previous role in any industry will be advantageous. However if you are an exceptional customer relationship manager and can multitask this is the role for you! You will be proficient in Microsoft office and using databases. You will be self-motivated but able to work alone and as part of a vibrant team. A passion for helping customers and organisation will be advantageous. You will have 2 years’ experience within a customer service role. Previous experience of managing your own workload and time management. Able to set realistic deadlines and timescales, delivering work accordingly.

You will have intermediate computer and keyboard skills including excel, word and CRM systems. You will have proven ability to use initiative to keep on track with projects and numerous tasks. You will also be able to resolve unexpected issues that arise. You will also be able to keep calm and well organised under pressure
