Customer Relationship Manager

Home Based - will be required to work on site regularly at a home within the Birmingham and Wolverhampton Area

£Competitive Salary - plus a company car

37.5 Hours Per Week

Our Customer Relationship Manager role at Sanctuary Care is integral to our business – supporting our care homes to maintain and increase occupancy levels whilst having an up-to-date view on what our competitors are offering.

Working with our homes and central marketing and PR team, you will ensure we’re able to run successful marketing campaigns – building strong relationships with key stakeholders and the local community – enabling us to be the provider of choice.

With a proven track record in consultative sales and a flexible approach to work you will ensure the needs of the business are met.

Qualified to HND level or with knowledge and ability at an equivalent level in a marketing related subject is essential for succeeding in this role. Delivering relevant training is required so strong communication skills are essential, as is an intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel (or similar).                                                                                                       

Travel is a requirement for this role; therefore a full, current driving license essential.
