Job Role: Customer Relationship Manager
Salary: £22,000 + £2,400 bonus
Job Type: Full Time Perm

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customers and who will provide an exceptional customer experience by professionally and effectively handling all customer contact. Excellent communication and personal presentation skills are vital along with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively and delivering persuasive presentations through various contact mediums.
The successful candidates will ideally possess the following:
• Exceptional customer service skills gained in a contact centre environment
• The ability to work well in a team and influence customers & colleagues
• A confident and articulate telephone manner with the ability to build rapport
