Customer Success Manager, Software Applications

A fantastic opportunity to join a market leading software business as a Customer Success Manager. This role is pivotal in providing a real value-added service to our existing customer base to ensure they get the best out of their software investment.

As a natural relationship builder, you’ll understand customer’s unique business objectives and challenges, ensuring you deal with any issues they may have post implementation and during their relationship with the business. You’ll have your assigned customers who you will work with closely, but you’ll also support the full customer base. As a customer advocate, you will work with internal teams to deal with escalated problems, taking responsibility to bring matters to a successful conclusion.

Primarily you will be office based, however, you’ll also want to spend some time directly with customers - meeting them on-site (throughout the UK) where necessary.

It goes without saying that you will be technically savvy. With the ability to understand software functionality and how it supports business success, you’ll keep customers aware of new opportunities and promote product enhancements and solutions.

As a proficient user of Windows Office software, you’ll demonstrate a flair for making sense of customer data, including producing reports on customer health scores and feedback.

You already understand how a business works - and how software applications play an integral part of their success. This will give you the added edge to think commercially and help solve customer concerns in a smart proactive way.

Key Responsibilities

Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, andsatisfaction

Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products andservices

Develop, prepare, and nurture customers foradvocacy

Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving theirgoals

Work to identify and/or develop upsellopportunities

Advocate customer needs/issuescross-departmentally

Program manage accountescalations
