Your new company
My client are a multi national BPO provider working in partnership with businesses across the world. Due to continued growth and the winning of new contracts they are looking to recruit an experienced Service Delivery/Customer Relationship Manager to join their team.

Your new role
Working closely with the Head of Client Relationship and Service Delivery you will manage a number of client accounts ensuring that they projects are running smoothly and that the client is receiving the very nest level of service and that issues are resolved quickly and effectively. In addition you will take responsibility for producing the monthly client packs and reports, and support the finance team in timely and accurate invoicing of work completed.

What you'll need to succeed
As you will be working within the Contact Centre team, you will ideally have experience of working in Contact Centres or similar, or have worked in a third party outsourcing business. You will be an effective communicator and be comfortable in a client facing role, be able to prioritise and manage your workload and have excellent presentation skills.

In return you will receive a generous rate of remuneration, full training will be provided on your managed contracts, the office is based in a convenient location on Moulton Park with free parking available. Travelling expenses will be covered for any business related visits and meetings required.
