Client Details

A Leading company based in Haywards Heath are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join their expanding team.

Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Create and send pre-sales illustrations on request from financial advisers within company Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls from clients and financial advisers. You will be expected to deal with 80% of these calls, liaising with other Operations teams as appropriate - and it is expected that 20% of the calls will be passed through to the relevant Operations team.
  • Proactively give case updates to financial advisers on a regular basis
  • Develop relationships with financial advisers and paraplanners
  • Manage the onboarding of new financial advisers
  • assist financial advisers and paraplanners using our online application system
  • Walk new financial advisers through the SIPP application process including demonstrating how the online application form works
  • Look for potential new business opportunities and discuss these with the relevant Business Development Managers
  • Liaise with Business Development Managers regarding updates on their advisers' cases and any issues that have arisen
  • Answer and deal with incoming telephone calls within company SLA
  • Record all telephone calls on administration system
  • Contribute towards the preparation of team management information
  • Identify and refer any new business trends and patterns to management
  • Support complaints investigation and resolution
  • Suggest improvements to - and assist the Process Team and Business Analyst with - the Customer Relationship Team procedures and processes
  • Assist with testing new system functionality as and when required

Complete other work as and when required in accordance with the needs of the business
