As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent standard of service is provided to customers.
Candidate will have but not limited too;
* Experience within a busy commercial customer services/operations environment
* Confident in handling written correspondence and inbound and outbound calls.
* Able to deal with multiple deadlines with an ability to multi-task.
* Requires high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Need to be flexible and adapt to change as the role will develop over time.
* A true passion for building a career and to grow within the organisation
This position is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. 37.5 hours per week.
