Customer Relationship Manager - (Outbound Calling)

Location: Birmingham

£9.6K Annum + Bonus of £1.6K (Based on a 20 hour week)

Hours: 09.00am - 12.30pm Monday - Friday

Job Purpose

Provide customer relationship support to Members of my clients UK business network and Sales Managers. To maintain and manage a database on customer information of prospective new clients and current clients together with general administrative duties to manage and analyse customer interactions and historical data, with the goal of improving business relationships with customers and assisting in customer retention

Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities

1.1. Daily telephone calls to potential new clients and existing list of clients to build a pipeline of prospective business

1.2. Maintain CRM database. Updating information on new and existing clients tracking, recording and storing customer information on customers. Data to be accurate and up to date maintaining contact information, leads, requests and historical record of all conversations and communications. Excellent grasp of all Microsoft Office software required. Training will be provided for any other systems

1.3. Report generation providing timely, accurate and ongoing management of customer accounts, including analysis and key performance indicators on customers to give the business units information on where to focus their marketing and customer service

1.4. Maintain weekly monitoring on social media sites like Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook to track and communicate with customers sharing their opinions and experiences with the company, it’s products and services.

Person Specification

Must be motivated, positive and focused on providing a reliable and consistent service at all times. The ideal candidate will be organized, thorough and an excellent time manager. Training will be provided and the candidate should be willing to embrace new opportunities for development

The candidate should have good interpersonal skills as well as excellent customer facing manner. You will be required to have experience in using MS Office 2003 or later. In particular, they should be able to use Outlook, Word and Excel to a good level. Training on new systems will be provided
