Rubix recruitment are searching for an experienced, ARLA qualified Property Manager, with a minimum of 2 years experience, to join a leading global real estate services provider who have over 20 offices in London.
As a Customer Relationship Manager, based within their in North West London office, you be responsible for the management of a portfolio high specification properties within the region, and be expected to maintain top level relationships with clients at all times.
This opportunity offers a different working environment to a centralised property management department and requires you to be regularly meeting with your clients, as well as attending site visits, maintaining an unrivalled service at all time.
As a Customer Relationship Manager your duties will cover the following, but not be limited to;
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants in regards to their queries
- Chasing outstanding tenancy arrears
- Serving required Notices
- Conducting inspections Negotiating deposit returns
