Customer Relationship Executive

Customer Relationship Executive, £28,000 - £32,000 per annum + Car Allowance, Wokingham + frequent travel to client site,

In2 Consult are currently working with a client based near Wokingham. They are currently looking for a Customer Relationship executive to assist their clients. This will require travel to customer sites and improving upon the relationships already in place.

This will be to help the Account Management Team to support and deliver service excellence within several of clients relationships, building upon this and managing the everyday requests from the client whilst driving growth

Day to Day Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate customers and ensure customer expectations are understood and are met
  • Regular site presence to build and maintain strong relationships to ensure the client feels the value of the Customer Relationship Team support structure and the Customer Relationship Executive understands the customer operational set up
  • Conduct floor walks to engage with key users and seek further opportunities; whilst becoming the face of the product
  • Manage and facilitate new, removed and relocated equipment
  • Be the day to day point of contact for client, efficiently managing customer enquires
  • Work closely with the operations teams, understanding their processes and ensuring customer deadlines are being met and delivered on time
  • Presenting on a regular basis using PowerPoint and several in house developed toolsets
  • Conduct account reviews on a regular basis to evaluate product service performance and client’s objectives ensuring we are advising and driving towards them
  • Develop and embed Service Improvement Plans where appropriate

You will have;

  • Customer facing experience, with the ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively
  • Consistent communication skill
  • Action oriented, ensuring customer requirements are being met and delivered in an agreed period, driving improvements and growth
  • Confident to present to clients and colleagues
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks at one time and stay focused on the delivery of task
  • Influential and persuasive
  • Ability to identify root cause of an issue, find a solution and implement

Additional requirements;

  • Familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;
  • Driving licence; most of the working week will be based at customer locations, therefore there will be extensive travel on a weekly basis across the country
