Your new role
You will lead a team of telephone based agents and provide support in delivering growth to the financial services channel of this organisation. You will provide effective performance management and monitoring to the team to deliver an exceptional service. You will also carry out customer calls and engage with internal and external stakeholders. You will coach a team through their customer interactions and monitor KPI's.
What you'll need to succeed
You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and have highly effective performance management skills. A previous managerial or team leader role is essential and previous experience in a call centre based sales environment will be highly desirable. You must be confident, and have a persuasive attitude as well as excellent listening skills.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a yearly salary of £25,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience).
