Guy Salmon Jaguar & Land Rover have an exciting opportunity to join their management team as a Customer Relationship Manager working with our businesses located in Northampton and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Using feedback from customers you will find ways to improve our processes. You must be able to communicate directly with our customers and proactively work to find solutions for the occasions we have not met their expectations. You must be genuinely committed to improving the levels of service and customer experience we offer.
The role will require you to interact with departments within Jaguar & Land Rover UK along with the management teams within the businesses. Sound decision making abilities are required as you will be empowered to make autonomous decisions on behalf of the businesses that will ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
Excellent levels of written and verbal communication are a prerequisite for this role along with reasonable levels of pc literacy and record keeping skills.
