Are you currently in an IT role and looking to step into a customer service position that could utilise your IT knowledge? If so my client is looking for Customer Relations Manager to manage a portfolio of key clients across the UK. My client specialises in IT support to key brands across the UK and has an exceptional reputation and is a market leader in what they do!

As Customer Relations Manager your role will be two-fold; to manage, retain and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts as well as handle new business sales enquiries from prospective customers. All candidates must have previous account management experience in a business to business (B2B) IT sales role as well as the tenacity to identify and win new business.
