As Customer Relations Manager your role will be two-fold; to manage, retain and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts as well as handle new business sales enquiries from prospective customers. All candidates must have previous account management experience in a business to business (B2B) IT sales role as well as the tenacity to identify and win new business.
