Customer Relations Executive - French or Italian speaker - Didcot
£25,000 - £27,000
Hours: Full time

Global CTS is working with this international business who have gone through some major changes and are now looking to add to the team. You will provide exceptional support and customer service to customers and Area Sales Managers, ensuring the customer receives excellence in all their dealings. Being first point of contact for designated customers/areas and liaise with other departments to ensure the customers needs are met and any issues managed through to resolution.
Provide support to Area Sales Managers (ASM)
Provide technical and commercial advice to customers via phone, email and quotations
Create quotations, liaising with ASM’s where appropriate and log as opportunities within the company’s database
Aid in the preparation of tender submissions
Act as internal champion for nominated key accounts and develop the relationship to provide the customer with a single point of contact
Following up quotations, mailshots, marketing information, and qualifying leads
Work closely with the Customer Support Executives (CSE’s) to ensure any orders received as a result of quotations are processed in a timely manner
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the customer receives excellence in all their dealings through the Customer Support function
Answer all calls/emails professionally using any prompts or guidelines given
Contribute to morning meeting by providing figures any appropriate information
Ensure all customer issues are logged in the Customer Case section of CRM at the time they are received.
Maintain the CRM database ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
Proactively maintain effective working relationships with all departments to achieve a shared goal of customer satisfaction
Understand and apply Export Control regulations
Job Specifications (Skills and Experience)
Well presented and professional person with the ability to communicate at all levels. Good IT skills combined with a high level of attention to detail and a calm attitude during busy periods.
A confident personality, who exhibits good judgment and the ability to juggle competing demands, while working effectively as part of a lively team
