Customer Relations Executive

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced customer relations executive who enjoys dealing with written communications. You will need excellent attention to detail and superb spelling and grammar skills.
As well as written corespondents you will be dealing with telephone complaints and queries

The company are within the travel industry and need experience in the travel industry to be successful for this role.
They are a well known brand within the travel sector and have worked very hard to become a household name.

Duties include:

  • Investigating post arrival complaints
  • Reporting and recording number of complaints made
  • Liaising with suppliers in regards to issues
  • Problem solving
  • Recovering payments when needed

If you have the experience we are looking for and are looking to get into a company who offer progression and a good training structure.
