Your new role
As a Customer Relations Coordinator, you will act as an ambassador of the brand and promote and support customers in the use of digital services. You will build lasting professional relationships with customers and stakeholders and will proactively seek new business opportunities to drive customer satisfaction. You will be working towards targets and KPI's to measure personal performance and will constantly work towards exceeding expectations and objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a high level of accuracy when working with data whilst maintaining a Customer-Centred approach to all tasks. You will be an efficient user of CRM systems and will have excellent interpersonal skills both verbally and written. You will ideally have a strong knowledge of digital products and services and you will be a strong team player and contributor.
