This global leading employer is now seeking a number of Customer Relations Associates. These positions offer full ongoing training and development and is an area that prides itself on service excellence.
Reporting to the divisional Team Leader, you will be responsible for working closely with other areas of the business in order or to provide operational resolutions on customer accounts. These can be received by email, post or transferred from other divisons.
These roles are extremely varied and will include being responsible for taking individual ownership on a range client enquiries, from account information requests, fund performance queries, product information and advisor commission payments, to dealing with more complex enquiries that require further investigation and research and in some instances complaints.
Possessing excellent organisation and communication skills (verbal and written), coupled with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and to prioritise, it is essential that you have proven interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in a environment that works to tight deadlines
