Customer Relations Advisor

The Company

Our client, an innovative and market leading consumer business is currently looking to recruit an experienced French and German speaking customer relations advisor into their North East office.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Help to support the initial start up of the B2C business operation in the office
  • Answer calls and emails from customers and respond to their requests
  • Lease internally with demand planning and the warehouse to resolve any queries/problems
  • Gather information to support the growth of the online business

The Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Fluent in French and German
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Educated to at least A-Level standard or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
